Equipment for diagnostics of the condition of insulation coatings of pipelines DIP-2006 is designed to detect through defects in the insulation coating of main pipelines and other underground utilities (with documentation of measurement data in the memory of a microcontroller device), search for the axis of the pipeline (cable) and determine the depth of occurrence. In the presence of an optionally supplied generator device, the meter can be used to determine the specific electrical resistances of soils by dipole electrical profiling installations.
The equipment of the type DIP-2006, MG-375 (small-sized tracerisk generator) has a built-in finder of underground communications (tracer). Depending on the ordered configuration option, the software can be used for one-time tasks of searching for underground communications and an insulation coating defect. Additional software allows you to process, visualize data and compile accounting documents.
